1. About Aura by Megha
Aura by Megha is a Bangalore-based event curation and stall-booking platform specializing in flea markets, lifestyle exhibitions, corporate events, bespoke celebrations, and creative workshops. We act as an event organizer and facilitator connecting vendors, brands, visitors, and clients.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a stall online, making payments, or participating in any Aura by Megha event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Online Stall Booking & Participation
- All stall bookings are conducted online only and are subject to availability and confirmation by Aura by Megha.
- Vendors must provide accurate and complete business details during registration.
- Aura by Megha reserves the right to approve or reject any stall application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
- Stall category, size, location, and allocation are fixed once confirmed and cannot be changed without prior written approval.
- Vendors must strictly follow event rules, setup guidelines, operational timings, and venue regulations.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
- Full payment (100%) is mandatory at the time of online stall booking.
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Vendor cancellation or withdrawal
- No-shows or late arrivals
- Changes in business plans or personal reasons
- In the rare event that Aura by Megha cancels the event, vendors may be offered:
- A rescheduled slot in a future event or
- A refund, at the discretion of Aura by Megha
5. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Changes
Aura by Megha reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or modify events due to factors including but not limited to weather conditions, venue issues, government regulations, force majeure, or operational constraints. Such changes do not entitle vendors to refunds unless explicitly stated.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
- Arrive on time for setup and dismantling
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Sell only approved products listed during registration
- Refrain from illegal, misleading, or disruptive activities
Aura by Megha reserves the right to remove any vendor violating these terms without refund or compensation.
7. Visitor Conduct
All visitors must respect vendors, staff, venue property, and event guidelines. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the venue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, images, and media related to Aura by Megha are the intellectual property of Aura by Megha. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Photography & Media Consent
By participating in or attending Aura by Megha events, vendors and visitors grant permission for photos and videos to be used for promotional, marketing, and digital purposes without compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aura by Megha is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of vendor goods or personal belongings
- Injuries, accidents, or health issues during events
- Disputes between vendors and customers
Participation is entirely at the vendor’s and visitor’s own risk.
11. Third-Party Associations
Aura by Megha may collaborate with third-party brands or vendors. We are not responsible for their products, services, or individual policies.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Aura by Megha reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
