Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aura by Megha, we curate events, experiences, and stall opportunities rather than selling physical products. Therefore, this policy applies to stall bookings, event participation, and service-based engagements only.

By booking a stall, registering for an event, or availing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Stall Booking Refund Policy

All stall bookings with Aura by Megha are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full Stalls
  • Half Stalls
  • Food Stalls
  • Shopping Stalls
  • Promotional Stalls

Once payment is successfully made and the booking is confirmed, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided if the vendor cancels, withdraws, or fails to participate for any reason.


2. Event Cancellation by Aura by Megha

In the rare case that an event is cancelled by Aura by Megha due to:

  • Venue-related issues
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Natural calamities or force majeure events
  • Unforeseen operational or logistical challenges

Vendors will be offered one of the following options, at Aura by Megha’s discretion:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled stall slot in a future event of equal value

The applicable option will be communicated via registered email or WhatsApp.


3. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed to a new date:

  • All confirmed stall bookings will be automatically carried forward
  • No refunds will be issued due to postponement
  • Vendors unable to attend the revised date may request a future event slot, subject to availability and approval

4. No-Show Policy

If a vendor:

  • Does not arrive on the event day
  • Arrives late beyond permitted setup time
  • Fails to set up the stall

No refund will be issued, and the stall may be reallocated at Aura by Megha’s discretion.


5. Partial Payment Policy

If a vendor has paid a partial advance:

  • The advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances
  • The remaining balance must be cleared within the specified timeline prior to the event
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance

6. Service-Based & Customized Events

For customized or service-based engagements such as:

  • Corporate flea markets
  • Brand pop-ups
  • Birthday celebrations
  • Baby showers
  • Housewarming events
  • Workshops

The following terms apply:

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking
  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days of confirmation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting incurred costs
  • If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be issued

7. Refund Request Process

  • Stall category / service type
  • Payment receipt or screenshot

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


8. Policy Updates

Aura by Megha reserves the right to revise or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.
